The tailored quote provided by the Wedding Planner before booking is based on workload estimations and refers solely to the number of hours specified in the quote. The investment estimates are purely based on the experience of the average number of hours invested and can vary depending on many factors, like the complexity of the wedding design and entertainment concept, logistics, the number of coordinators, the number of event days and venues, your responsiveness, etc. Any additional hours will be charged at the hourly rate of €00.-.
All prices do not include extra services agreed on later in the process, mileage (€0,55/km), travel (€35,-/hour), F&B on the days I attend in person, hotel nights if needed, and expenses.
Elopement prices are calculated for an event in or around Salzburg. We organise them all around Austria, though.
