Why do we need a wedding planner in Austria?
No one needs a wedding planner. It is just supposed to make your life a lot easier. You are planning to get married abroad, so a wedding planner in Austria has exactly the local knowledge you need and benefit from.
What leads to the “Happily ever after …” starting point?
You fill out the Contact Form, and we will arrange an initial free call and get to know each other. If we decide to get you hitched, I will send you a personalized quote and we go from there.
Why should we get married in Austria?
Because it is beautiful. Simple as that. Think about the mountain range, the pristine lakes and the hint of classical music in the air everywhere you go. Places like Salzburg, Hallstatt and Vienna take your breath away. And we have one of the most photographed registries around the world – Mirabell Palace and Gardens.
What costs are involved?
If you are based in another country I highly recommend going with the full Wedding Planning package. You bring in your ideas and the rest will be taken care of. A minimum down payment of 40% of the quoted amount is required to secure the services of “Stressfree Weddings by SandraM”.

Please note: All investments are the wedding planner fee and do not include any legal fees or cost of chosen products and services, as well as expenses and mileage of vendors.
All investments are from prices and will be finalized and stated in a personalized quote after an initial (video)call to understand the couple’s needs.
Clockify is used for the time-tracking and therefore allows a final investment calculation down to the half hour.
The tailored quote provided by the Wedding Planner before booking is based on workload estimations and refers solely to the number of hours specified in the quote. The investment estimates are purely based on the experience of the average number of hours invested and can vary depending on many factors, like the complexity of the wedding design and entertainment concept, logistics, the number of coordinators, the number of event days and venues, your responsiveness, etc. Any additional hours will be charged at the hourly rate of €80.- (2026: €90,-).
All prices do not include extra services agreed on later in the process, mileage (€0,50/km; 2026: €0,55/km), travel (€30,-/hour; 2026: €35,-/hour), F&B on the days I attend in person, hotel nights if needed, and expenses.
Elopement prices are calculated for an event in or around Salzburg. We organise them all around Austria though.

Yes, I offer all my services to straight and LGBTQ+ couples. And yes, there is marriage equality in Austria, meaning you can plan a civil ceremony for your destination wedding in Austria.
